Terms & Conditions of Sales

All oders will be shipped by UPS unless otherwise specified. Cherries an additional charge of $7.00 per order for C.O.D all next day, 2nd or 3rd day delivery will be shipped at customer's expense only.

Allegra M. France will not pay any of next day, 2nd or 3rd day shipping under any circumstances. Allow up to 10 business days for shipment in U.S UPS dose not collect cash.

Overseas Shipments: Allegra M. France is not responsible for and doese not insure for delay of shipment or damage to merchandise caused by the shipping company.

Returns: Allegram M. France will not accept any return product or equipment without prior authorization number on the outside of the box. Any return without authorization will not be accepted. The customer covers all shipping expenses. No call tags will be issued. There will be no refund allowed only store credit or exchange. The customer must report missing/damaged products or equipment to Allegra M. France within 24 hours of receipt. Equipment for repair can be returned only with prior authorization. All reruns allowed on any opened or used products.

Return for repair: It is the customers responsibility to pay all shipping charges and insurance cost to and from Allegra M. France regardless warranty status. We strongly urge you to insure your shipment.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to call Allegra M France to report immediate to notify if the product or equipment arrived damaged.
  • Customers must keep the original shipping box for UPS inspector to inspect
  • All equipment must be shipped in their original box if it is still in good condition
